Our Story
Charlotte Shed Builders is a division of Team No Sweat LLC, based in Mooresville, NC. We started building custom sheds because we saw a gap in the Charlotte market: homeowners could buy a cheap prefab delivered on a truck, or hire an expensive general contractor to build a simple outbuilding. There was nothing in between.
We fill that gap. We bring contractor-quality construction — real framing, real materials, real craftsmanship — to shed-scale projects, at prices that make sense for the structure you’re building. Every shed is designed to your specifications, framed on your property, and built by the same skilled crew from start to finish.
We’re not a franchise. We’re not a sales office that subcontracts the work. The person you talk to during the estimate is on-site when the framing goes up.
