Free Consultation & Site Visit
Contact us with your size, style, and feature preferences. We respond within 24 hours. Then we visit your property, assess the site, take measurements, and discuss your vision face-to-face. No pressure, no sales pitch — just honest advice on what will work best for your property and budget.
We never charge for consultations or estimates. The site visit is essential — every property is different, and we need to see yours to give you an accurate quote.

Step 02
Custom Design & Professional Drawings
This is where Charlotte Shed Builders is different. We create professional 2D drawings — floor plan, wall elevations, and roof layout — showing exactly what your shed will look like. You see every dimension, door placement, window location, and feature before you approve anything.
No other local shed builder provides this level of documentation. Most work from a handshake and a verbal description. We believe you should see exactly what you're getting.

Step 03
Detailed Estimate & Approval
With the design finalized, we deliver a detailed written estimate with every cost itemized — framing lumber, sheathing, siding, roofing, hardware, doors, windows, labor, and foundation prep. You see exactly what you're paying for. Once approved, we schedule your build and order materials.
No hidden fees, no "site prep surcharges," no surprises on build day. The price you approve is the price you pay.

Step 04
On-Site Construction
Our crew arrives with all materials and builds your shed from the ground up, right in your yard. Foundation leveling, floor framing, wall framing, sheathing, roofing, siding, doors, windows, trim, and cleanup — all done on-site. Most builds take 1–5 days depending on size and complexity.
The same crew that quoted your project builds it. No subcontractors, no rotating teams. You watch your shed go up from your back porch.

Step 05
Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
When the build is complete, we walk through the finished shed with you. We check every detail — doors, windows, trim, hardware, interior. All construction debris is cleaned up and hauled away. Your yard looks like we were never there (except for the new shed).
The balance is due upon completion and your satisfaction. We stand behind our work.
